Delete Account
You can request account deletion from the Xpay app through Settings → Delete Account. When your account is deleted, Xpay disables the account and removes or anonymizes personal account identifiers where possible.
Delete from the Xpay app
1. Open the Xpay app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.
Request deletion through support
If you cannot access your account, contact Xpay support using your registered email or phone number so the team can verify the account before processing your request.
Important retention notice
Some records may be retained where required for transaction history, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance or lawful business records. This may include wallet ledger entries, payment references, transaction records, receipts, security audit logs and support records.
